Open Account and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Check Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is active. Close and reopen the app after restoring.
AR Measure requires a device with a LiDAR scanner — iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro models, or iPad Pro 2020 or later. If your device doesn't have LiDAR, the tool is not available. All other features work on all supported iPhones and iPads.
Check your internet connection first. Try closing and reopening the project. If the issue persists, go to Account and sign out, then sign back in. Ensure iCloud is enabled in your device Settings. Offline changes are queued and will sync automatically when connectivity returns.
The Elevation Scanner uses Firebase AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash) and requires an internet connection. Check your connection. For best results: capture a clear, straight-on photo in good natural lighting, avoid heavy shadows or glare, and stand far enough back to capture the full facade in one shot.
Verify that your Drafting layout units match what you expect in AutoCAD (check Drawing Units in the toolbar). The DXF export includes INSUNITS metadata for compatibility. If scaling looks off, check the Drawing Scale setting in the Drafting toolbar. Layer names with special characters are sanitized (spaces become underscores, names uppercased) for maximum compatibility.
Verify the member is assigned to the correct market via Team Management. Confirm the project has been shared to that market. The member must be signed in with an active internet connection. If the team subscription has lapsed, access is restricted for all members until the admin renews.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your device, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Measure Tech PRO, and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not process cancellations or refunds directly — all billing is handled by Apple.
Close other apps to free up memory. If a project has many photos, the gallery may take time to load. Try restarting the app. On older devices, keep the number of photos per project under 200. Large Sketch canvases (8192×8192 px) use significantly more memory than other layout types. If crashes persist, email us your device model and iOS version.
