Admin

Full account control. Manage billing, team members, markets, and organizations. Transfer admin. View all projects across all markets. Invite any role.

Manager

Manage a market or organization. Invite Members and Collaborators. Access all projects in their assigned market. Cannot change billing or account settings.

Member

Full field access — measure, document, draft, sync. Access to assigned projects or full market. Uses one seat from the team seat pool. Core crew role.

Collaborator

Read-only access with commenting. Cherry-pick specific projects. Free — doesn't consume a seat. Ideal for clients, subcontractors, and inspectors reviewing work.

💡 Collaborators are always free. Invite clients and subcontractors without counting against your seat pool. Only Admin, Manager, and Member roles use seats.
