The company's own details and how it looks to customers. Every number a customer sees begins with the account number set in Record numbers.
Rows
- Business info (owner or admin, every plan): name, owner or contact, tagline, year established, phone, email, website, address, logo, license and insurance, certifications, warranty, financing and review lines, and the private tax ID and W-9 classification. Each field saves on its own as you leave it, and the preview shows how customers see it. Name, phone and email are the needed details. It prints on reports, proposals, invoices, texts and emails, and an empty field prints nothing.
- Documents (owner or admin): theme and brand color, layouts per document, wording, signature, report title and the terms library.
- Markets: each market's status, setup and people. With one market the row shows its name and opens the one-market page, where you rename it and Add a market starts a second one. See Markets.
- Customer domain (Scale plan): the address customers see. It shows pending until the DNS record you added reaches the internet.
- Customer portal: what each customer's page offers, booking times and brand color. See the customer portal.
- Job flow: step names, when a job counts as stuck, trades without orders, whose numbers a job is, whether the crew sees their own dollars, Friday's record, the forecast drop alert and the likely odds.
